Blog Carnival Round-Up, Week of April 7th, 2008

About the pictures: George Washington Gayle Ferris invented the first Ferris Wheel in 1893, at the World Columbian Exposition in Chicago. At 264 ft, it stood taller than the Eiffel Tower, and had a capacity of 2160 passengers.
